No win at Game!

I was promised to have my son's bike repaired by this past weekend by Josh at Game in Boksburg, to this day no communication or whatsoever! I then went to check today and I was told they still waiting for parts. It is almost a MONTH now, since they took the bike. No more Game for me going forward!
