No washing machine as promised

12 February 2022 I paid for a washing machine at Game Store in Somerset Mall and I was told I would get a call in 6 days time to collect my washing machine. Today is the 8th day and I have not heard anything and I have been calling the store, but there is not even a single person answering the phone. This is so frustrating.
