No urgency with essential goods!

I understand completely that all businesses are in trouble, but if you are going to be taking advantage of people who are already knocked down because of Corona virus lock down rather close your doors please! I took the opportunity to order an "essential services" vacuum cleaner as mine is broken and I need to clean my house. I placed the order on 17 April in the morning already. Today is the 22nd. On Monday the 20th when I called, the call centre lady said that they have until Friday the 24th to deliver. Now I do understand that there's nothing essential about a vacuum cleaner in a time where people are in need of food and cleaning supplies, and that's exactly my point. People, if you are in urgent need of essential food supplies please don't order it from Game. Rather contact someone in your community to assist you. How can Game advertise delivery of essential services if there's no urgency attached to the essential services? To me this is really taking advantage of vulnerable people. Please note that I am not complaining about a vacuum cleaner but because other people will order food from this store and will wait 5 to 7 days as the day of the order and the weekend do not count as one of the days.
