No trolleys

I am so disappointed in Game Somerset mall. Every time when I go to the store there is never trollies. Customers have to wait a while before the trolley eventually arrives. When you ask the lady at the customer desk she just pull up her shoulders. I see customers turned back, you loosing customers. The aisles are so full of unpacked stock and staff standing around. Its really not a pleasure to do shopping at your store anymore. I once phoned the store manager and reported the situation. He promised me that come back to me but till now I am still waiting for his call back.<br> What is happening because shopping is no pleasure anymore.
