No this is bad business

I bought online living in remote area but for pick up or delivery in Benoni. I payed and as soon process started I got a message to pick up in alberton. I immediately contacted game trying to get it to Benoni.What is good that they tell you when pick up is ready etc. but nowhere before the purchase is made do they tell you that pick up is miles away. I now have to wait for money for 14 days due to the system error they say and "policy says" - I heard numerous times. To be clear. If you go to game instore they can source from another branch to be sent to branch of your choice. They can howerever not do that when you purchace online. A big no no no no from me I will never buy online from game again. Policy over client...... 😳😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒
