No support from Game on faulty Defy Hob . soon to be 5 weeks without a stove

I purchased a Defy Hob + Oven combo , had it installed . on day 2 the Hob stopped working and gave an error message . contacted Game immediately and they said that a Defy technician will be sent out . That was approx 4 weeks ago , the technician came through approx 2 weeks ago and said that the PC Board is faulty and needs to be replace , now two weeks later and still we se are struggling without a functional stove . We contact Game every second day because each time they say that they will contact Defy and get back to me , they never do ...
