No support for the sleeper couch

I got a couch from the four ways store on October 2014. November of 2015 one of the mechanism of the couch broke, which makes it unusable at one side. I called up call center who told me that they provide support only for one year. They then asked me to go to store. At the store they said they could do nothing about it. For the past four months I could not find any way to fix this couch. I am left with no other option except to throw it off as I do not even know if I can get any money for it.
