No stove, please refund or replace.

@Game_Stores we bought a Defy touch stove in June, it has been giving us problems ever since.

You sent a very SILLY & RUDE guy over to our house. He left with a part, not saying where he was taking it. Returned days later, we had no stove during those days, it worked for a few days then stopped working.

He said that he won't return to our house, again. We currently don't have a stove. Please alert Defy to come and take this stove and bring us a working stove, ASAP. We can't cook, can't do anything.
