no stock since start of promo

I've been to Game store at the bridge in Port Elizabeth two weeks in a row to get the pot that they have on their Christmas leaflet starting 28 Oct to 24 December. I went there today again and really no stock. I spoke to one of the service excellence members and they don't know when the stock wil arrive. There hasn't been Stock since the start of this promo and still no stock !! I mean we are in November already. When wil the stock arrive????
