No Stock on day special starts!!

To the manager, or whoever places the items on special (head office)

I would like to inform you that this is not the first time when a item is on special say like the item i was looking for - special started on the 15 November - 27 november as stated in the brochure. Well visited the Game in Eastgate and spoke to a staff member packing who informed me that there was no stock of the item that was advertised.

There was no time to speak to a manager, left the store as this would not be the first time that they did not have stock when it is on special and has been advertised online as well as on a brochure in the newspapers...

What is the point in advertising products on the day it starts if, when you go in store - your staff member apologizes when there is NO STOCK ALREADY ON THE DAY (15 NOVEMBER) waste of paper to advertise. This is not the first time. I will not be shopping there again and when i see your brochure in the weekly local paper i will just throw it away!!!
