NO STOCK OF SOUNDBAR

I purchased a TV on the 1st of October 2021 there was a special with a Samsung A650 soundbar. At the time of purchase I was advised that there's stock, to date I am still waiting for my soundbar. On the 4th of November I was advised by Peter from the head office that there's a soundbar coming from Newcastle. When I called the manager from the Galleria branch I was told that there's no stock and the soundbar was no longer coming from Newcastle he also advised me that he's trying to replace me with a different soundbar and he's waiting for authorization from head office it's now the 16th of November and I am still waiting for soundbar!!! The service is absolutely ****en pathetic!!!! Everyday I get a different story I want the soundbar or else a full refund for my TV please can someone get back to me asap ***
