No Stock Of Promotion Item

Went to Game Mafikeng on about the 21 August 2022 to buy a Trojan gym that was on special. They did not have stock and when I brought it to their attention that the promotion is ending on the 23rd I was assured by Karabo that they should get stock before that weekend and I will be called and given the item at the promotion price even though the promotion would have ended. I am yet to be called. Very disappointed as this is not the first time that Game advertises items and don't have in stock. They could have made an effort to get one from their nearby branches but it seems they don't care about their clients as long as they got a job nobody keeps them in check. Very disappointed.
