No stock of Advertised Item

Good day <br> <br> Kindly note in regard to the following complaints:<br> <br> 1) I visited the Game store in Pavilion and the store has not yet step up their food section , it has been almost a month now. <br> <br> 2) In addition, Game advertised a Ploaroid Portable Karaoke Speaker for R289.00 (Item Number ***), as per the pamphlet prices is valid to the 20th October 2015. When I went in Pavilion store , I was told no stock had arrived and I was to acquire a voucher from information. Eventually someone attended to me and issue the voucher , I was told the stock would only arrive at the end of October. I visited the Pinetown Game store and was told the same , however here I wasnt even offer a voucher.<br> <br> As a consumer looking for a specific product that was advertised I find this very unacceptable , Game should have ensure there was sufficient stock of this item , before advertising, it is unprofessional and frankly poor execution to the customer.<br> <br> VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE in stores as well , I am constantly hunting for staff to assist on the store floor.<br>
