No stock in the whole Western Cape???

On the 28th of March I went to Game Tygervalley to purchase the MKII Table Tennis Board on promotion for R1099. I was then told they did not have stock. On Monday the 6th of April I then went to Game Zevenwacht and was also told (by Theo) that they don't have stock. I then asked him to please check with the other branches on where I could find one. Theo then got back to me and told me only Stellenbosch had 1 Table tennis board. I asked him where else there was stock available and he said there is no other stock in the whole of the Western Cape. I could not believe it. Of all the stores that Game has and there is no stock? I then told Theo to please double check. He then said he called Kenilworth branch and they have 5 available but all 5 have been reserved for other customers? He then said Worcester have one available. I asked if he can please arrange to have that delivered to Zevenwacht so I can purchase it. He then says he cannot guarantee that he can do that for me. I then asked for his name and left the store. I have been a loyal customer to Game for the past 15 years because of their excellent service. I am very dissapointed that they could not go the extra mile to help me.
