No Stock Available

I purchased a Samsung TV which came with a soundbar 2weeks ago at Game Canal Walk. The person assisting me said they were out of stock of the soundbar but would get stock the following week and they would contact me when they received stock. I waited. I contacted the store the following week for an update and no one could tell me when the stock would be arriving and that they did not know about a TV being sold with a soundbar. I then contacted Game head office and the lady contacted the store on my behalf and all she said they told her was that i should just wait and stop calling, they would contact me. She said that head office can not do anything because the store should make arrangements with me for when the stock will arrive, she suggested i call back again in a weeks time. Its been 2 weeks now since im waiting for the stock. When i call the store no one can help me and the store manager is NEVER available. HEAD OFFICE tells me its not their problem and i should sort it out with the store. I believe that i have been patient enough and that i would have no choice but to take further action if the situation i am in is not resolved. This is the last out reach attempt to get the stock that i have paid for in full. I am frustrated so Please if anyone can contact me regarding this i would highly appreciate it.
