NO stock and no service

I think it was about a month back that I went to this store to buy from the Robertson Red Chapel that was on special at R23.90 odd they didn't have as usual so I asked the woman at the customer service desk for a reign check, gave her my details, was told I'd get an sms that never ever happened! Same day or next day got a call from a guy from the liquor dept asking me how many bottles I want as he has, he said he'd keep them. About a week later I went in to get them and the guy who called me wasn't there another guy took my number down, said they'll call me that also NEVER happened!!!! So what's the point of you people having specials with NO stock and ********ing customers into believing we'd get a reign check??? What a bunch of false unproductive people!!!! Tanya ***
