No Stock and No Service

<p>We raced to Game this weekend to purchase the Telefunken 55" LED TV that is on promotion till the 11th of October 2016 for the price of R4999.00. After standing around for almost 15min before someone asked if they could assist! We were told that these tv's will only be available in November 2016 and that they were informed of this even before the promotion was run. First of all Game Heidelberg needs to inprove on their service delivery! We weren't offered any alternatives or anything! Second of all the Game group needs to catch a wake up! How can you promote something without being able to deliver! I'm very upset with Game and the whole situation!</p>
