No Stock and No Feedback

On Saturday 25 November went to Game Mahikeng branch to purchase two Hisense televisions. Before paying for the items the salesman confirmed they had five in stock so i went through the process of having tv licence verified and paid for the tvs only to be first told they cannot find the tvs in the warehouse and at the second attempt it was than reported to me that the tvs are there but all damaged which i did not believe but left it at that as i was promised that i will have my tvs by Tuesday or Wednesday as they are going to source them from Vryburg. On Tuesday phoned the manager (Paul) who said the was a delivery from Vryburg and he is going to get somebody to call me which never happened. Went to Game after about 2 hours and confronted Paul who said that only one tv was delivered from Vryburg on Sunday and he will instruct his his employees to go to Vryburg on Wednesday to collect the other tvs. Phoned Paul on Wednesday afternoon about the tvs and was told the person that was supposed to go to Vryburg was not instructed to do so by someone whom he asked to instruct and that he will get back to me himself in a few minutes. it is now longer than an hour and no call from Paul but he is quick to put blame on his staff if they do not do the same. I had an issue with games staff not long ago regarding poor service and brought it to Pauls attention but nothing has been done to improve the service by the staff and the manager is not any better as the staff are also complaining about him not doing his work properly but expects the few staff to do the work of two or three people and that's the we get told from your staff when we complain to them. The service at Game Mahikeng really needs to be improved or the store needs to shut down. With the prior bad service i told Paul they only start jumping when we complain on forums like these than they are quick to apologise which is too late. I will not accept a tv off the display i want new sealed boxes opened in my presence. A Omar
