no stock and late/no delivery

Bought a Fridge at Game store Menlyn, they had no current stock till the next day when they told me they will be getting which they explained (stock had to be delivered the 23rd of January to the game store at Menlyn in which they will be getting two delivered Fridges of the make I bought) and I will get it either the next day delivery or the day after to which I agreed to wait the extra day or two and went about paying for it and deliver fee. 4 days later no delivery and nobody contacted me to say they have no stock still, I contacted the store to which they said no stock till the 31st January that is when they only get new stock and nobody had at any of the other stores.
