No stock and effort to retain the price until new stock

Advertising specials with no sufficient stock levels. On several occasions ive followed up regarding the Raleigh Quest 16 and 17" bikes for 799 which Fane sold out in according to all the stores. Have the days of taking backorders and holding the price for the customer gone, no store offered this. Still no stock and the promo ends today. Customer service is really poor.
