No Stock

Went to Game Store at Mahikeng Mall 19/01/2022 as i do every Wednesday. Today was the worst as I had to walk out empty handed as all the items I wanted were not available. Spoke to Kgotso and Peet the manager and the response was, Head Office not supplying enough stock. So why advertise items on special when you can't supply. And this is not the first time this has happened and I'm sure it won't be the last. There was another lady also complaining that she too had to walk out empty handed due to no stock. Game needs to jack up or shut down. I was also told that customers should complain to Regional managers when they visit the store. How do we know when they come?
