no statements

I have opened a game account earlier this year where i selected to get my statements posted to me. I never received statements via post ever since that day, however i did receive promotion vouchers etc via post. So i went instore to sort out the issue where i was put thru to customer care to find out whats wrong.. i then decided i rather want it to be sent via email.. after repeating my email address a couple of times.. still no statements via email. My account is almost a year old but i havent received 1 statement to date. #poor service
