No / slow assistance

Game stores is known for their warmth and will to assist. But today I did not feel like that at the Centurion Branch. My shopping experience was not that great. Staff could let you browse the product but let you be. Usually i dont have to raise my hand or call out because they are always on par and ready to help, they come to me. And they are close enough but many departments did not have visible assistance Like the car seat section. The speaker section. The fridge section section, someone came and left share but he asked if we needed help or not. Then there was one who said they dont have smaller deep freezer but they were there next row. We found them outselves.

Anyways maybe it was a not so great experience for one day as I know Game to be a great store.
