NO SHOW @ GAME - ANOTHER LET DOWN

Game advertise on line an HP Printer at a special price - valid until 21/07. So I phone Game Pavilion to ask if they have in stock. Am told not, they are still waiting .... and even if I put my name down I have no guarantee of getting the printer because their is a shortage!!!! So I question why they advertise if they are aware of this fact and I am told he cannot answer me. I then ask to speak to management and then cut off! I am so tired of this! It happens so often that something is advertised on their website and only to find that it was never in stock to be begin with.
