No settlement amount given and had to pay the Statement amount

We wanted a settlement amount for a TV. My fiance did a debit review but it was cancelled and all documents were faxed. He has cancer and we went back x3 and was still refused a settlement amount. The service given was pathetic and we ended up paying the statement amount. We have to wait 14 days for a settlement amount and a letter stating the TV has been paid in full. Why must we have to go through all this when we did everything on our part. We even requested the managers help to try get the settlement amount. Now we paid the statement amount. Will we even get the difference between the settlement amount and what we paid back when the fault is now on their side when we did everything right? But no we must now go back a 4th time. My fiance has cancer and not even a chair was offered to him. He stood in agony. When I requested one I was ignored. I am so disgusted in Game Secunda that I would not recommend anyone to go there let alone settle their accounts because they use every excuse in the book not to give it. I doubt we will even get the difference between the settlement figure and the statement amount we paid back. Very disgusted in the help and service not given. Terrible Game Secunda Store.
