No service with a new machine.

I Purchased a Benette vacuum cleaner on the 21 February 2018. The sales person Shaun explained to be that if I took the machine and extended warranty I would have life time guarantee on the pipes just the hard accessories I would need to pay for. I brought my machine in for repairs on the 12\01/2019 as it stopped working and the pipe was leaking as well. Only to get a quote from TEVO that the machine pipe is not under guarantee and I needed to pay for the pipe which I did. I received the quote and sent through the proof of payment and was advised that I could go get my vacuum on 09\02\2019. I got to the store and was told there was nothing there. Not after waiting over 20 minutes while someone decided it was time to help me. I was told that someone would call me Monday 11\02\2019 after following up for me...No one has bothered yet to call. I am still waiting for my machine and no reply. I bought the machine to clean the house R5999 for a machine which I cannot use I mean seriously GAME and TEVO what service or you can rendering to me.
