No Service / Passing the buck
The below was an email I sent to Game's customer service. I received no communication from them, the buck was passed to the buyer at the Mall of the South store. He could not help, the buck was passed to the store manager, who admitted that he could not help. Now this is bull ****.
Good day I am not very happy with your specials at the moment. I always as long as I can remember upgraded my cell phone contract at Game. However, I am disgusted with the service and offers I am getting this year.
I do not what 2 phones or the "goodies" you are offering or "data sim". Nothing is appealing, however you have nothing for upgrades. My question to you: Is an upgrade not taking a new contract? WHY CAN I NOT TAKE THE Samsung J1 Ace Neo deal on an upgrade? Its not like you are going to loose money, the voucher will be spent at the store where I did the upgrade? So who is winning in the long run? Yes I want the offer. You have "goodies" that will end up in the garbage bag in any way.
IS IT SO DIFFICULT TO ASSIST A CLIENT OR TO OFFER THE SAME DEAL ON UPGRADE?????????? PLEASE DO HAVE SOME RANDOM EMPLOYEE PHONE TO SPIN ME SOME SORT OF ****TY BULL ****
Thank you for the enquiry and support. I did try calling through, our deals are created by Vodacom and certain deals are created as new only. Unfortunately these deals are set by the network and we cannot open to upgrades but we are motivating for them to be opened up in future so we may better service our long standing customers such as yourself.
Apologies once again, and will keep you informed of any developments.
