No Service on Telefunken TV

I bought a Telefunken 48" FHD TV from Game Mall@Reds in January 2018. This TV stopped working within 2 years. Yes, I understand it is out of Guarantee but as per their Repair Collection slip they "ensure ongoing service on any product bought from Masstores even after the warranty expires" Well, it has now been 3 months since I took in the TV and every time I inquire about it I get a different answer. The staff promise to phone/SMS you but your hear nothing. The last time I was there was on 21 Feb 2020 and it was said that the TV was collected by the repairer on 19 Jan 2020 and it was again picked up by REVLOGS on 19 Feb 2020. I was told that Ithumeleng will phone or SMS me with an update. Up to now , I have never been contacted by Game to tell me what is going on. I have bought many items from Game in the past, in fact I bought my first TV from them in 1994 when I started working, but now.....
