No service like they don't need my money

I was at Game Tygervalley today the 16th January 2021. I walked to look at items a dishwasher, deep freezer and JVC smart TV. I walked around waiting for assistance and I asked for assistance which I never received and was told the guy who works in the department was in the toilet. 20 minutes passed and still no assistance, I walked out of your store. I called the store manager Fiona this evening before 6pm and she called me back, asked that someone from that department calls me back, the store pretended like they didn't need my money to be honest and I am disgusted by the store, the person in the department Vince called me back but it was like he was more arrogant when I told him of the pricing I saw the 210L Defy Deep freezer of R2899 and the JVC smart TV of R2699 but at your store it didn't have the promotional sticker on it and Vince said they don't put promotional stickers on stuff how funny, I buy all my stuff from Game Tygervalley and there is always promotional stickers on promotions, I went to the store to plan out for the end of the month so I can buy these items and have it delivered to me but Game Tygervalley acted like they don't need my money. Fiona called me back and agreed regarding the promotional stickers that you always have it on stuff that's on promotion, she also said that online pricing and store pricing is different when it's not. I want these things month end for these prices and I want it delivered to me. I want the game area manager to contact me.
