No service. Incompatance

<p>Ordered a canopy for a stove, almost 2 weeks ago. now trying to find out by phone, if I can come and collect it. waiting for more than an hour now to let me know they will try to find one in George. Maybe I can get it Teusday. Unacceptable. Poor sevice</p>
