No service from Game Bayside Mall

<p>Yesterday just after 4pm I went to Game at Bayside mall to buy myself a 20L Homestead paint that I saw on one of Game's pamphelts for R399. I get there and the price of on the shelf is not the same. So I go to a lady that was standing at the cigarette counter and I asked for assistance from her, she had long braids and light skinned. She tells me that she will go get someone, and so I waited. Five minutes passed and then 10 minutes passed and still no one came. Now at this point there is no sign or even a single Game employee expect the cashiers. I looked for her and she was no where to be found and not even the cigarette counter cashier was there. She let me wait there like a fool for 10 minutes!!!! 10 minutes that I am never going to get back.</p> <p> </p> <p>Ok fine so I stand by the cigarette counter again, then another lady came, she also had braids but dark in complexion. I ask for help from her in the paint isle, she pointed me to the information desk while she was walking to where ever she was going to. Ok now it's been just over 15 minutes and I had no help from anyone at the store. I made my way to the info desk and waited again!!!!! There was only one person there and he was assisting another customer at the time. So I stood there again and waited and waited and waited. Eventually after wasting 30 minutes of my time at this store I left and I am never going to that pathetic store ever again.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your customer service sucks and your prices are never updated what kind of business are you people running????? I mean honestly where the hell are your employees during the day???? Why is there no one allocated for each isle????</p> <p> </p> <p>I was so frustrated when I left, I honestly don't know what the hell it is that is happening there. All I know is that I am never ever setting foot in that pathetic place ever again. It is digusting the way your employees treat customers. It is an absolute disgrace.</p> <p>And I am guessing if I had to ask for a manager I would've properly waited for another hour, if I waited 30 minutes for no assistance at the paint isle.</p> <p> </p> <p>You are more than welcome to pull survellances if you want to, I got there at 16:30 and left at 17:00.</p>
