No service from Game

We bought a television from Game Benoni which now failed under warranty. We took it in for repairs and they are not able to repair it but Game refuses now to refund us unless we produce a receipt for this purchase. We bought the television on our Game card, but Game can't pick up this transaction because according to them they changed systems. Game is making it our problem because of system changes and this is unacceptable. We paid for it we still have warranty left and now because of Game's so-called system change over nothing is valid! This sound more like we don't want to honor any warranties and just want to take our money. We have been up and down to Game Benoni and discussed it with a lot of managers but no outcome! This is ongoing from the 19th of June! Absolutely no service!
