No service at all

<p>A few years ago I bought a dishwasher at Game Worcester. After 5 call outs, my machine is still not working. Luckily I took an extended warranty. I have been struggling for more than 2 years now to get them out. I spoke to the manager, I spoke to the sales rep, I spoke the extended warranty guy. They promise to phone you back, and then you wait for a week, then I phone again and the same story. It has been going on like this for 2 years now. They asked me to mail the documents to them, still no reply. I phoned them and they confirmed that they did receive the documents. And again, now I wait. I have never received such poor service!!!!</p>
