No service and missing manager

This morning at 9:10am I visited my closest Game store in Brooklyn. I wanted some assistance in the fitness department but when i asked where the sales person for that department is, I was told he will be there in 3 minutes. I waited and eventually went next door to Dischem. I returned at 9:30 and still no assistant in the fitness department was to be found. I asked another staff member for assistance and she \paged"the responsible person over the PA system. Still nothing happened. I waited another 10 minutes and then went looking for the manager. Despite my best efforts"
