NO SERVICE AND DO ITEM

We have ordered a gazebo from them on the 29 Nov'21 they said up to 10 days for delivery... today is the 15 Dec'21- still do not have my item i have phone so many times been put on hold and been cut off and no one is phoning me back... I just phoned and still have noooooo answer
