No service and delivery from Game

I boughta fridge and deep freeze from Gamein the Glen yesterday. I was told It would be delivered by 12 today. I cancelled my kids holidays plans for today to accomodate them. It's now 16:36 and no one has delivered or called. Does Game think its ok to cancel little kids holidays to accommodate their no show of service and will Game compensate the days lost in holidays while sitting Waiting for delivery. They quick to take money for payment though n then don't care if you receive your goods.
