No service

I have a problem with my game account as I have been into the store several times to close the account with the rcs account I spoke to them every time to close my account and they say it is been noted for cancelation I have also settled the account a few times and they keep adding new money to the account now they threatened my credit score when they are in the wrong I am tired of this its almost a year now I feel I need to sue them for arrasment and making my name bad
