No service

<p> </p> <p>Took out a cell phone contract 2 weeks ago with a Game Voucher. However, i have now decided that I want to cancel this contract because the phone is ridiculous for the amount I will be stuck to pay every month. I call several Game Stores and no one can help me. They refer me to Vodacom. I call Vodacom who advised that Game does cancellations on their side and not Vodacom as Vodacom will generate a high penalty for teh customer. They sent me back to Game. At the branch the consultant wants to know why did I take out the contract in teh first place sounding very irritated at me and said that they cannot help me. I must go to the Vodacom store. Can someone please advise what to do in this situation. I can pay back the voucher I received and and want to know how this contract can be cancelled. Game should train their staff to also not discuss clients and make fun of them. This is very unprofessional and offensive to customers. This all happened at Game N1 City Goodwood. </p>
