No service

<p>I bought a Hisence fridge from Game Welkom on 26 November 2015, the fridge was on promotion ( you get a Hisence bar fridge with the purchase of said fridge) we recieved the fridge a few days after purchase, but were told the bar fridge was not in stock, but will be delivered asap.. we have been to the store numerous times now, with a new excuse every single time. The fridge has still not been delivered after more than a month. The service is pathetic and i'm tired of being **** to. The managers do not even have the decency to call us and explain the situation. </p>
