No Service

On Thursday I tried to get through to your Pavillion store. Alas after trying for over half an hour nobody had answered the call. I then tried your call centre and sadly the agent did not know what I was talking about, I then asked to be put through to the store. I was then put on hold never to here from anybody again. I then phoned Hyperama and the call was answered promptly, the call was immediately put through to the correct dept. When I did get to Hyperama the assistant had everything ready for me.
