It has been 72 hours now and still nothing has been done or no phone call. What would I need to do next to get service??? It will be wonderful if for once we as customers get the level of service we deserve and so rightfully pay for? I tried opening an account at Game Lakeside mall and was promised that once the account is approved or open that I would receive an sms as promised but now 72hours later still no response no sms phone call or any communication from Game stores re this.Is this the client of service we should become used to or should we leave this treatment unnoticed or unmentioned and allow fellow shoppers to fall in the same trap?
