No sense of respect for customer's time

Yesterday I bought trojan twist and shaper @Game canal walk when I got home I discovered there's no toning cords inside the box, and the machine, is bit working properly it keeps, on getting stuck I tried calling today no response, I hit transferred bd put on hold for close to ten minutes. I am angry at the fact that I have to drive all the way to the store to get these, wste of my wtime and no sense of urgency for customer
