No satisfaction

I bought something at game @mall@reds on 20/02/2024 (Benett Read) airfryer oven. After testing it I decided that it's not suitable for my use. I went to return it today( with original packaging) and was told that I couldn't as nothing was wrong with the product. Apparently they only take back unused products.I even asked for the manager and he was rude to me. He said he will call the store the manager. There was no joy all around. Please advise on the way forward. I find this strange. The last time I bought a Russel Hobbs microwave and wanted to repair they asked me to do on own. I took it to Russel Hobbs in Johannesburg and they said it's not their brand. Apparently Game is marketing their their own products and using other supplier brands as if it is their own. When I called game and explained my situation, I was told to bring the microwave to the store for a full refund. They were afraid of the exposure.
