No sales assistance

Its a trend that I have received bad or no service from the Game Kenilworth Centre store in Kenilworth Cape Town 12h31.....today (30 November 2021) I went to the sports section to buy some weight plates....entering the area the sales agent left and there was no one to assist. I asked two other staff members to contact the sales person for assistance as there where no price available on the weight plates nor any barcode stickers on them for scanning......its unacceptable to weight a full 7 minutes without anyone coning to assist. I left dissapointed.......this was not the first time the service at this store has been bad.
