No return

I bought a vermimark mop, went home, washed my floors, and i did not like how it works at all. Went back to game to get a refund and they told me i already used it, they cannot return it. Well, I was a client that was not HAPPY about the product. It cost me R160. So i left the mop at game and went and bought a different one wich i know will work. So ja, R160 down the drain, plus R140 for a new mop.

I am very very disgusted.
