No response to emails

I have sent three emails now three days in a row to ***, as advertised on your website, to enquire about your financial services products, and I am yet to receive an acknowledgement or response from Game. How do you not respond to your customers? It is a very poor show of the type of service you can expect to receive if you cannot even respond to an email before anyone has even taken up your financial services. It really does not give a very positive impression at all.
