NO Response on exchange

We got a Hisense 161L Titan silver Top freezer H220TTS as a gift that was ordered on line from Game from Lisa Kassner 121 Van Buuren road Bedfordview, *** on the 6th of August 2021.. My son Jared Steyn asked them to please credit them cause they would like to get a bigger fridge and pay in the difference! Up until today the fridge is still standing in there place still in the box sealed, and no response from game, they said they will exchange it, but we get no response, in the mean time now my son must buy daily meat cause they dont have a fridge, they took the R3149.00 online but they dont get back to our request!! With this type of service i request a full refund and will rather spend my money at Makro or another place where i will receive proper customer service
