No response on closing my game account

I phoned in at a game store in randburg last month to close my accout they told me over the phone that my account will be closed but no one has closed my account i still getting statements but the statments? i have paid my account in full and sent emails to every email address they have and no one responds . Please close my game account . This is not fair after you did not have to battle with me as i always paid my account but now i have to battle with closing my account . All i request is that you close my game account
