I take my printer 1 Feb for the 2de time for repaire (it is still under garentee) . It is now more than 21 work days as I contacted the store manager he only say sorry. He did nothing to help or to sort the situation. Only sorry. I did explain to.him I have a tutor centrum and my studentes have to write exams. He do nothing about it I am still waiting without knowing what is going on with my printer
