NO RESPONSE

My brother went to Game 2 weeks ago to purchase a folding door on my behalf. They did not have the colour that I wanted in stock. When he enquired as to when they would be getting stock, he was advised that they did not know. On 25 Feb I sent an online enquiry regarding getting the door from another branch to Amamzimtoti. I was acknowledged by Rabia Kader, the Customer Service agent and was advised that the matter was sent to the store management and that I would be assisted.<br> I got an email from the secretary at the toti branch-Suri Murugas, about the folding CHAIR that I was looking for. The manager of the store called a day later to say that the item would be arriving from their PMB offices.<br> To date, I have not heard from anyone. Even though emails were sent to all of the above, correcting them that I want a DOOR not a CHAIR, that it doesn't take over 1 week to transport an item from PMB to Amanzimtoti?<br> if they do not have the item and can not get one for me, SAY SO! I will look elsewhere?????<br> <br>
